PP plastic is a polymer polymerized from propylene elements, the circuit is completely saturated, so they are very safe for the health of the user. However, to use engineering plastic, PP plastic has the disadvantage of being soft and has poor impact resistance. Therefore, the use of additional fillers (such as stone powder, talcum powder, glass fiber, ...) will significantly improve the hardness, impact strength, and abrasion resistance of the product.
Polypropylene is the product of addition polymerization of propylene. All chemist bonds are sigma, that's why it is very safe for people. However, tobe able to use as technical plastic, there are some disvantages for PP: soft, bad impact resistance. For these reasons, adding filler( CaCo3 powder, talc powder, glass fiber,…) will improve much the hardness, the impact resistance off product.
